Continuing My Education and Exploring New Paths
Graduating from Old Dominion University with a degree in Digital Marketing marks an important milestone, but it’s only the beginning of my educational journey. As I move forward, I plan to continue expanding my knowledge and developing new skills that connect creativity, communication, and human understanding in meaningful ways.
In the next chapter of my journey, I’m exploring opportunities to pursue a Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy. This path represents my growing interest in the relationship between people, technology, and well-being — and how creative problem-solving can make a real difference in people’s daily lives. While digital marketing has helped me understand how ideas can reach and inspire people, occupational therapy offers a new way to apply that same passion for human connection on a more personal level.
At this stage, I’m still in the process of researching programs, meeting with advisors, and exploring which schools and specializations align best with my long-term goals. I want to approach this transition with care and intention, ensuring that my next step reflects not only my academic interests but also my desire to help others lead fulfilling, independent lives.
Though my exact path is still taking shape, what remains certain is my commitment to lifelong learning and growth. Whether through further study, professional experience, or personal exploration, I plan to keep building on the foundation I’ve created — blending creativity, empathy, and strategy in ways that bring purpose and positive impact to everything I do.
